If as either an individual or a group you could offer a few hours on walk day then perhaps marshalling is something you would consider. Marshals don’ t have to have a particular skill but need to apply common sense to the situations that arise. Most of our marshals thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere on the day and the camaraderie between walkers and marshals is such that marshals come back year on year.
